These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jck88 platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wagers.

Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jck88 login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. jck88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
Accounts that have been inactive (no login or wagering activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. jck88 will attempt to notify the account holder prior to applying any dormancy administration fee. jck88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and USDT via the payment channels made available on the Platform, which may include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank online transfer, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and USDT (TRC-20 / ERC-20). Payment methods available to you may vary based on your registered location and account status.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. jck88 does not charge a fee on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, for which jck88 accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account used for the qualifying deposit wherever possible. This anti-money-laundering ("AML") requirement cannot be waived. jck88 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
jck88 processes approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform, subject to any additional verification requirements. The Platform accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
From time to time, jck88 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentive programmes ("Promotions") to eligible Players. Each Promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, minimum odds, maximum bet restrictions, and withdrawal conditions. Promotion-specific terms are published on the relevant Promotion page and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
jck88 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any Promotion at any time with or without prior notice. Bonus funds are ring-fenced from real-money balances and may only be withdrawn once the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. Withdrawal of a real-money balance before the wagering requirement is met will result in forfeiture of all outstanding bonus funds.
jck88 has a zero-tolerance policy for Promotion abuse. Conduct considered to constitute abuse includes, without limitation: matched betting using bonus funds, placing opposing bets to guarantee a net zero risk position ("bonus arbitrage"), collusion between Players to complete wagering requirements, and the use of automated betting software. jck88 reserves the right to void bets, withhold winnings, and permanently close accounts found to be engaged in such conduct.
All games on the jck88 Platform are governed by the individual game rules provided by the respective game supplier and displayed within the game interface. In the event of any inconsistency between game-level rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
jck88 uses certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology for slot and virtual table games, and live third-party dealer studios for live casino products. Game results are generated independently of jck88's operational systems. In the event of a manifest error in odds, results, payout calculations, or game mechanics — including technical faults — jck88 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its sole discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jck88 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
jck88 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and will provide information in response to lawful requests. Players found to have engaged in prohibited activities will have their accounts suspended and balances withheld pending investigation.
All content on the jck88 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface design elements, is the property of jck88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. No other use is permitted without jck88's prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jck88 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses or damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss arising from service interruption. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.
jck88's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the net deposits made by the Player to jck88 in the six (6) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jck88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering on jck88, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
jck88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, where reasonably practicable. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jck88 is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to jck88 customer support for internal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may refer the matter to a mutually agreed independent arbitrator. jck88's decision on gaming disputes related to game outcomes will be final and binding in all cases where the dispute relates solely to an RNG or live game result.
